At Relationship Glue, your privacy matters.
Trust is the foundation of our work together. This policy explains how EQequus LLC, doing business as Relationship Glue (“Relationship Glue,” “I,” or “me”), collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information through this website and coaching services.
Depending on how you interact with Relationship Glue, I may collect:
First and last name, email address, phone number, city, and state.
Information you provide through contact forms, scheduling, email, or coaching inquiries.
Information you choose to share during coaching, reflected in coach-created session summaries.
Session recordings and transcripts, with your separate, written consent.
Payment and transaction information associated with coaching purchases.
Website and form usage information collected through analytics and similar technologies.
Information shared during coaching may include sensitive personal experiences. Please share only what you feel comfortable providing.
Information is used to:
Respond to inquiries and communicate with you.
Schedule and provide coaching services.
Process payments and maintain transaction records.
Create session summaries and provide access to coaching materials.
Support professional supervision and development, with your consent.
Send emails you have requested or subscribed to.
Understand website and form usage and improve the website experience.
Submitting a contact form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Relationship Glue does not sell or rent personal information.
CoachAccountable is used to maintain your client portal, including coach-created session summaries, resources, tools, and handouts. Access is protected by multi-factor authentication.
You retain lifetime access to these materials, with read-only access after our coaching engagement ends. You may download and save copies for your own records. These materials are retained to support your continued access.
Session summaries are distinct from recordings and transcripts. Clients do not receive transcripts. I do not maintain separate private coaching notes.
With your separate, written consent, coaching sessions may be recorded and transcribed through Zoom for professional supervision and ongoing development.
Recordings and transcripts are stored in my Zoom cloud account. Relevant portions of recordings may be viewed with my professional supervisor through screen sharing. Copies are not provided to the supervisor.
Recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 90 days after the session and then deleted. Cloud recording sharing and automatic recording are disabled.
Recording is optional and is not a condition of receiving coaching services.
Coaching conversations and personal information are treated with care, discretion, and respect.
The coaching agreement describes confidentiality and its limits, including disclosures required by law or a valid court order, circumstances involving imminent or likely danger to yourself or others, and disclosures you authorize in writing.
Relationship Glue uses the following services to operate the website and provide coaching:
CoachAccountable: Client portal, session summaries, and coaching materials.
Zoom: Coaching sessions and optional recordings and transcripts.
Stripe: Payment processing.
Calendly: Scheduling.
MailerLite: Email subscriptions and communications.
Google Workspace: Email and business communications.
Hostinger: Website hosting.
Elementor: Website contact forms, submission storage, and form analytics.
Google Analytics: Website traffic and usage analysis.
These services process information relevant to their functions and maintain their own privacy policies and practices.
This website uses cookies to support site functionality and understand website and form usage. Google Analytics and Elementor form analytics help improve the visitor experience.
Cookies are retained for no longer than 90 days. You can manage your preferences and opt out of optional cookies through the website’s cookie controls. You may also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Relationship Glue does not use Facebook/Meta pixels or other social media tracking tools.
Different types of information are retained for different purposes:
Recordings and transcripts: Up to 90 days after the session.
Client-facing session summaries and coaching materials: Retained to provide lifetime client access.
Cookies: No longer than 90 days.
Inquiry, scheduling, communication, and transaction records: Retained as needed to provide services, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations.
Cookie expiration does not determine how long previously collected analytics information is retained.
You may contact me to request deletion of your personal information. Deleting portal information may affect your continued access to session summaries and materials.
I use access controls and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to help protect personal information.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Request access to personal information maintained about you.
Request corrections.
Request deletion, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Discuss questions about your information or privacy preferences.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails. Service-related communications may still be necessary during an active coaching engagement.
You may decline session recording without losing access to coaching services.
Relationship Glue’s website and coaching services are intended for adults and are not directed toward individuals under 18.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in services or information practices. The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
