We live in the most connected era in history, yet many of us have never felt more alone.
We swipe for love, text our apologies, and turn to screens for comfort. But human connection can’t be downloaded or automated. It has to be lived.
Relationship Glue began with a simple realization: We need each other.
It was created in response to a hunger for something real—a place to put down our masks, stop performing, and experience what it means to truly connect and belong.
To me, Relationship Glue is the invisible force that holds us together when life pulls us apart. It is the trust built in shared silence.
The empathy found in genuine human connection.
The courage to look another person in the eye and simply say,
“I see you. You are not alone.”
I work one-on-one and in group settings with individuals who are ready to deepen the relationship they have with themselves and the people they care about most.
Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or seeking lasting change,
Begin where you are.

My work has been shaped by lived experience, professional practice,
community service, and continued study.
Every teacher, mentor, and experience has expanded the way I listen, ask questions,
and hold space for others.
I never set out to become a coach.
Looking back, I see a quiet thread running through my life long before I had words for it—in the people I met, the work that drew me in, and the opportunities that simply felt right.
Only later did I realize they had been leading me here all along.

Today, Relationship Glue is where that thread found its purpose.
My role isn’t to provide someone else’s answers, but to create the space for people to discover their own. We are shaped by our experiences, but never fully defined by them. Beneath our patterns is a desire to be seen, understood, and accepted for who we are.
It’s a privilege to share those moments—to be curious together and witness transformation.
For me, that is a shared JOY!

My commitment to relationships extends beyond coaching.
Years of nonprofit service, mentoring at-risk youth, and supporting young people experiencing homelessness have shaped how I see people, community, and connection—and how I show up as a coach.
