Welcome to Relationship Glue.
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and coaching services provided by EQequus LLC, doing business as Relationship Glue (“Relationship Glue”).
By using this website or scheduling coaching services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Relationship Glue provides individual relationship coaching designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, and meaningful change.
Coaching is a collaborative process intended to help you explore new perspectives, strengthen relationships, and move toward your personal goals.
Individual coaching services are also governed by a separate written coaching agreement. That agreement outlines your program, payment arrangements, cancellation terms, confidentiality, and any recording consent.
If these website terms conflict with your signed coaching agreement, the signed agreement governs your coaching services.
Relationship coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice, or medical treatment.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical care, please seek assistance from a licensed mental health professional or appropriate emergency services.
While Relationship Glue is committed to providing thoughtful support, coaching cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being throughout the coaching process.
Payment is due before each coaching session unless otherwise specified in your coaching agreement or agreed upon in writing.
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full or forfeited from a prepaid package, in accordance with your signed coaching agreement.
If Relationship Glue needs to reschedule a session, every effort will be made to provide advance notice and arrange a new time.
Either you or Relationship Glue may end the coaching engagement by written notice.
If the engagement ends before all purchased sessions have been used, a prorated refund will be provided for unused sessions in accordance with your signed coaching agreement.
Relationship Glue respects your privacy and treats coaching conversations with professionalism, discretion, and respect.
The coaching agreement describes confidentiality and its limits, including disclosures required by law or a valid court order, circumstances involving imminent or likely danger to yourself or others, and disclosures you authorize in writing.
Session recording and transcription require your separate, written consent and are not a condition of receiving coaching services.
Please refer to the Privacy Policy for information about how personal information, session summaries, recordings, and transcripts are handled.
Website content and coaching materials belong to Relationship Glue or their respective owners and are used with permission where applicable.
You may access, download, and save materials provided to you for your personal use. Materials may not be redistributed, sold, or adapted for commercial use without prior written permission.
You retain access to your session summaries and coaching resources for as long as Relationship Glue maintains the client portal, with read-only access after coaching ends.
If the business or client portal closes, you will be notified in advance and offered an export file of your session summaries and coaching materials.
Relationship Glue is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation in coaching services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the coaching services provided.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The current version will be available on this website with a revised effective date.
Changes to these website terms do not replace or amend an existing signed coaching agreement.
